Content:	Base on the shortlisted submissions of the Competition, to produce a video that shows your vision on Kai Tak Fantasy
Video length:	Maximum 2 minutes
Genre:	Fiction, Animation, Documentary, or Experimental, except Commercials
Language:	Any
Subtitles:	Must submit subtitle script in Chinese and / or English
Format:	mpeg, wmv, avi, mov or mp4 at a resolution of 720p or above
