“A Place for You” Video Contest

All participants and team members must be Hong Kong Residents with HKID card;
Participants must ensure all provided information to be genuine and correct. It is prohibited to use third party personal information. The video submission must be original. Impersonation is prohibited. Entries with dishonest, incorrect information, or has been verified as so after report, will be disqualified. The participant shall hold full responsibility for any loss caused to the organizers or any third party;
Participants must take full responsibility for any information transferred through this website; abide to the Law of HKSAR and any international web regulations and protocol. Participants must not in any ways disrupt the data or functions of this website, and not take part in any forms of hacking on any web based systems;
Participants shall not upload or distribute any video, text or images that violate the Law. Any violators will be disqualified and is liable to legal responsibility;
Participants are responsible to ensure that all visual/audio content is original. Written consent must be acquired from the copyright owner in the case of adaptation;
Entries must be first published works, which never entered any exhibitions, competitions, film festivals, or any related events;
Participants may keep the copyright of their video production, but shall grant its usage rights, including renaming, editing, packaging, distribution, broadcasting of parts or/and all footage, to The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups and Energizing Kowloon East Office of the Development Bureau;
Late submissions will not be considered;
In the case of multiple entries in the same division by the same participant, he/she will only receive the award with the highest prize, regardless of his/her position as team leader or team member.
The organizer and managing organization reserve the right to reject any entry that is inappropriate or not in line with the contest theme or requirements;
The organizer and managing organization will not bear any legal responsibility in cases of any computer, internet or technical error, whether the submission was delayed, lost, faulted, made unrecognizable, damaged or not;
The organizer and managing organization reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any times. Participants shall read all rules & regulations carefully before submission;
Employees and their immediate families of The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups and Energizing Kowloon East Office shall not enter into this contest;
The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups and Energizing Kowloon East Office have the final decision rights on the arrangements of the abovementioned adjudication, broadcasting, or any other related events.
